SHIPPING
If your package is time critical please call a web customer service representative and inform them at the time the order is placed.

• In-stock items usually ship the same day.
• If you place your order after 3PM PST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or observed US holidays, your item(s) will ship the next business day.
• Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in CA.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• For your protection and quicker approval of credit card orders, please ensure that your shipping address is the same as the billing address on file with your credit card company. If your shipping information is different than your billing information, please contact your credit card company to submit your new shipping address. Orders with a non-matching address may be delayed.

Preferred Computer Parts adds shipping and handling charges on all orders according to dimension and weight of the package. All packages are shipped from Preferred Computer Parts unless otherwise stated. All risk of loss or damage to the items shipped shall pass to the buyer upon shipment from Preferred Computer Products.

All international orders are subject to customs, duties and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for payment of all such fees. The fees vary by country, product, origin of product etc. These charges shall be paid directly by the customer to the broker associated with your shipment. Failure to pay these fees on a timely manner will result in a separate charge for these fees from Preferred Computer Parts.

If the carrier delivers a carton showing obvious damage, refuse the delivery. The carrier is responsible for the damage and not you. However, if you accept delivery and open the package and discover the item was damaged during shipping, first contact the carrier for claim and inspection information and then contact our Customer Service Department
Preferred Computer Parts offers the following shipping options:

• FedEx Saver - 3 business days
• FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days
• FedEx Overnight - next business day

• FedEx Ground – 5-7 business days
• FedEx International shipping

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY:
Preferred Computer Parts is proud of its solid reputation and continued excellence in customer service and satisfaction. We offer our customers a 7-day money back guarantee on unopened product and a 90-day guarantee against any manufacturing defects. For an additional charge, a 1-year extended warranty is available on all products. All warranties and returns are subject to the following conditions:

1) There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
2) All returns must be in sellable condition.
3) Due to market fluctuation, all refunds are given based on our current sale price.
4) Any product returned to Preferred Computer Parts will be done so at the customer’s expense.
5) All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Preferred Computer Parts. For all warranty product returns, the customer prepays return shipping and Preferred Computer Parts will pay shipping back to the Customer via ground service using Preferred’s choice or carriers for all domestic shipments in the continental USA. . Any upgrade to that shipment will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
6) Products that are inoperable when received by the customer are eligible for a DOA (Dead On Arrival) return for up to 5-days from the date of invoice.
7) Customers will be charged a $25.00 evaluation fee or 15%, whichever is less, on any warranty returns which are found to be operable. The operable part will then be returned to the customer at their expense.
8) If the warranty part is found to be defective, a replacement will be sent to the buyer at no additional charge.
9) Preferred Computer Parts must be notified of any damaged or missing product within 48 hours of receipt of package.
10) All international orders and shipping associated with international orders are always at the customer’s expense.
