The Customer and Preferred Computer Parts agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between The Customer and Preferred Computer Parts. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by The Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, Preferred Computer Parts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without prior written notification. PAYMENT: Preferred Computer Parts accepts the following forms of payment for USA and Canada customers: • Visa • MasterCard • Discover Card • Papal • Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order: All Prepaid Orders including Cashier's Checks, require longer processing time. Please note that checks may take 5-7 days to clear. • Purchase Orders on net terms, company check or C.O.D. will only be accepted with prior approval by our accounting department. International orders are Wire Transfer. No exceptions. SALES TAX: Sales tax is required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Orders shipped/drop shipped within California will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Please note that sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to a California address, regardless of the customer’s resident state. ITEM TESTING: All our products are fully tested and meet the original manufacturers specifications. Remanufactured or used equipment undergoes extensive test and calibration procedures. Our technicians have over 100 years of combined experience in testing and repairing computers and components. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY: Physical damage to any product purchased from Preferred Computer Parts will effectively void the standard and/or extended warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or improper installation of parts. Physically damaged products cannot be returned for replacement or refund. RESTOCKING FEE: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds can only be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt. TECHNICAL SUPPORT: If you are having trouble installing or have any questions in regards to a product purchased from Preferred Computer Parts, you may contact our technical support department during regular business hours. CHANGES TO ORDERS: You may request a change to your order anytime prior to shipment. Please call during regular business hours to make any changes to your order. Please have your order number ready when calling. Requests for order changes CANNOT be accepted via Email. CANCELLING ORDERS: You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipment. All Cancellations are done via phone only. Please call during our regular business hours to cancel an order. If your account has already been charged you may be charged a $10 processing fee. Your credit will be posted to your account within 48 hours. Requests for cancellations or changes CANNOT be accepted via Email. A restocking fee will be charged for any order that is cancelled after shipping. RESELERS: If you are a computer parts reseller in California please fax a copy of your resale certificate to us at 818-700-0730 along with your order.
